FAQS_DOT_Troubleshooting_How to Access the Serial Number of Ulticam Cameras?

The Serial Number is a 16-digit number. You can find it on the original package box, the back/bottom of the device, or the camera's Settings page in the U home app. e.g. 8050300124529999

If you have already set up the device with your account, please go to the device's main page, then tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner > Device Info to find its Serial number and Bluetooth MAC address.
