Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States (Contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii)
At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- International locations outside the regions listed above
Standard Shipping
- Orders under $99 – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
- Orders $99 and above – Enjoy Free Shipping!
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the provided link or by visiting our [Order Tracking Page].
Pre-Order Shipping
For pre-order items, shipping dates will be provided on the product page. Orders will be shipped according to the estimated shipping timeframe mentioned during checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ulticam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing, please check with your local carrier or contact our support team at https://support.ulticam.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at https://support.ulticam.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
