• Does the camera record continuously, or only when motion is detected?

  By default, the camera records based on motion or AI events, not continuously. Right now, we don’t support continuous recording.

  Yes, you can disable audio recording or completely turn off the camera stream through the settings in the Xthings Home(Formerly U home).

  Absolutely! You can turn off cloud recording in the app settings and use the built-in 8GB local storage if you prefer.

  The camera can still record to local storage when offline. But cloud access, app control, and notifications require an internet connection.
